01. What materials do you use?

All of our jewelry is crafted with 18k gold plating over premium jewelry-grade materials. Some designs include stainless steel components for enhanced durability. While our pieces are tarnish-resistant, they are not 100% tarnish-proof. Proper care ensures your jewelry stays beautiful longer.

02. Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming? 

We do not recommend prolonged exposure to water, such as swimming or showering, as it may cause gold-plated parts to fade over time. For the best longevity, avoid water, sweat, perfume, and harsh chemicals. 

03. How should I care for my jewelry?

 To preserve shine and structure:

• Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place.

• Avoid contact with moisture and skincare products.

• Gently wipe with a soft cloth after each wear.

• Use the pouch provided when not in use. 

04. Where do you ship?

    •    🇺🇸 For U.S. orders:
  • Free shipping on all orders over $49 USD
  • Orders under $49 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $8 USD
    •    🌍 For international orders:
  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 USD
  • Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $20 USD

🕒 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
🚚 Delivery times:
  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days, depending on destination

05. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery.

If you’re not completely in love with your piece, you may return it as long as:
    •    It is unworn and in original condition
    •    It is returned in original packaging
    •    You request the return within 14 days of delivery

    •    We do not offer exchanges at this time
    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

06. Is your jewelry waterproof?

Some parts of our jewelry--such as stainless steel bases--are highly durable, but the 18k gold-plated elements are not 100% waterproof. To maintain their shine and prevent fading, we suggest treating all pieces with care and avoiding moisture exposure.
